Overview
Public Sector and Government organization in Tilburg seeks a Program Manager Cybersecurity a.i. to oversee cybersecurity projects as part of a major digital transformation. Focus areas include multi-factor authentication, vulnerability scanning, SOC SIEM, IAM, security compliance, and related initiatives. You will steer the program to deliver on time and within budget, bring structure and prioritization, and ensure clear stakeholder communication while guiding the team with solid cybersecurity principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cybersecurity programs.
- Collaborate with the CISO, CIO, stakeholders, and other program managers to ensure security measures are properly integrated.
- Ensure the program aligns with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets while meeting security requirements.
- Oversee the progress of cybersecurity initiatives, identify issues or delays, and report status updates to senior management.
- Improve maturity by refining processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Propose new solutions or ideas for processes or technologies to enhance security.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on cybersecurity best practices.
- Stay current with developments and trends in the cybersecurity field.
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Solid experience as a Program Manager in cybersecurity projects.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and procedures.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage projects successfully.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch is required.
