- Performing and coordinating preventive
and corrective maintenance on production machines and
building-related installations - Developing,
implementing, and optimizing maintenance planning and maintenance
strategies - Managing and optimizing maintenance
and facility service contracts, focusing on efficiency, cost
control, and continuous improvement - Analyzing
technical failures and implementing structural improvements to
increase system reliability and uptime - Collaborating closely with Process Engineering,
Maintenance, and Production teams to improve operational
performance - Advising management on process
improvements, investments, and the purchase of new machinery or
equipment - Coordinating with external suppliers
and service providers to ensure safety, reliability, and technical
compliance - Supporting facility and operational
improvements during organizational growth and infrastructure
developments
Functie-eisen
- A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a relevant
technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, or Mechatronics - Experience
working within a technical service, maintenance, or industrial
engineering environment - Affinity with
high-tech manufacturing processes and production
environments - Knowledge of asset management and
maintenance management systems (CMMS/EAM) is a plus - Strong communication skills and the ability to
collaborate across multiple departments - Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to
problem-solving - Ability to combine hands-on
shop floor presence with analytical office work - Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is considered
an advantage

€5,200 gross per month, depending on experience (based on market
