pstrongJob description /strong /ppThe Cryptography/Key Management Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining encryption solutions to safeguard our data. This role requires expertise in encryption technologies, a thorough understanding of cybersecurity practices, and in-depth knowledge full lifecycle management of cryptographic keys. /pp- Define processes and support design and implementation of encryption strategies for data at rest, in transit, and in use using technologies like AES, TLS, and public key cryptography. /pp- Support design, deploy, and manage secure encryption key management solutions across on-premise and Cloud. Handle full lifecycle management of cryptographic keys, including generation, rotation, backup, archival, and secure destruction. /pp- Responsible for providing SME consultancy to influence the business and architecture to deliver cryptographic solutions aligning to strategy and directions provided by stream leads and management. /pp- Responsible for assessing risks associated with cryptographic key management systems and recommend mitigations /pp- Support and help develop the required documentation for the operational teams such as standard operating procedures, key management plan/design, key ceremony documents, etc. /pp- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate encryption solutions into existing infrastructure. /pp- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to integrate secure key usage and storage into applications and platforms. /pp- Provide training and support to staff on encryption best practices. /pbrbrpstrongWith the following results: /strong /ppDevelop and deploy procedures and processes for key management solutions across on-premise and Cloud. /ppWork with the stakeholders for the improvement and compliance of key management systems in accordance with the standards and industry best practices. /pullipEnsure encryption strategy covers all data leakage channels. /p /lilipDevelop procedure and process documentation for the Data Security /p /lilipLeverage existing encryption tools and technologies, such as AES, RSA, and PKI. /p /lilipWork closely with Stakeholders to integrate encryption solutions seamlessly. /p /lilipEnhance overall data security and compliance with industry standards. /p /lilipImprove the company’s encryption posture to prevent data breaches and ensure regulatory compliance. /p /li /ul brpstrongRelevant knowledge skills competences: /strong /pullipBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. /p /lilip5 to 7 years of experience in data security / encryption field /p /lilipExtensive experience with encryption technologies and tools (e.g., AES, RSA, SSL/TLS, PKI). /p /lilipStrong knowledge of cryptographic protocols and security frameworks. /p /lilipExtensive experience with key management systems and practices. /p /lilipFamiliarity with regulatory requirements related to data encryption (e.g., FIPS, GDPR). /p /lilipExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. /p /lilipStrong communication and technical documentation skills. /p /lilipAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /p /li /ulbrpADDITIONAL INFORMATION: /ppWe operate in Hybrid model and employees are expected to be in office 3 days a week. /p
