Our client is looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to support the Dutch market. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and complex cases across various platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to a growing team. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms. Investigate customer issues on platforms like Amazon and eBay, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Manage escalated cases from the first-line team, addressing more complex problems. Perform administrative tasks related to sales platforms and maintain service levels. Collaborate with colleagues in online meetings to stay connected and aligned. Monitor and respond to emails within agreed service level timelines. Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken). 25 vacation days, with the option to purchase an additional 10 days. ~Travel and home working allowances. ~ Our client is a rapidly growing e-commerce company that has been doubling its numbers annually since its founding in 2013.
